Progress Queued

I just installed and reged the program, made a new backup job with the wizard, but the progress just keeps showing Queued when I try to start the job?

It is at the standard 6 job

Kindly check if the jobs are running as a service, then make sure that the service for GS RichCopy 360 service is running. If the service is running, kindly email us
