• IT Asset Tracking: Currently our Senior developers working on developing an IT asset tracking system that will assist IT Department track their hardware resources (laptops, PCs, Aircards, Blackberries, Phones, Projectors...etc). All these resoruces will have history, serial numbers, repair log and so forth. Rest assured many bells and whistles will be there including email remiders tracking the users that checked out loaners and have not returned them on time, good reporting power. Best of all, this will be a web based application that can be hosted anywhere (with us or on your servers) where if you have multiple offices, all your different IT staff can access with remotely from their offices and not notice a delay (you no longer need to have one for each site)

• IT Helpdesk System: Currently our Senior developers working on developing a Helpdesk system that will be very easy to use and navigate for the users and the IT Staff. We have researched, interviewed and analyzed many IT departments and have drawn our conclusions, and now it is time to put our conclusions to work and will be coming out with a Helpdesk system that has the following features and more:
