All of the equipment that we sell has been tested and comes with a ten business day DOA warranty from the date of receipt with the exception of notebook batteries.  NOTEBOOK BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. We will need a copy of your reseller’s certificate or you will be subject to VA tax.   We will also need a hard copy P.O. that should include your bill to address, ship to address, phone number, fax number, contact name, part number, quantity ordered, unit price, total price, payment method, and shipping method.  All first time transactions are done via COD certified check or wire transfer. Once we establish a relationship with your company we can look into COD company check terms.  If we arrange the shipping, the shipping charges will be added to your invoice.  If you arrange the shipping, please inform us who the carrier will be and supply us with the bill of lading.   For international orders, you must arrange all shipping.  All duties, tariffs, and taxes for the shipment are your responsibility.  We must receive payment before any work is done to prepare your order.
